It seems like a number of locals are trying to combat this horrid weather we have been having by carrying around some blue sky with them. Walking to and from work this week, I have already seen no fewer than 4 individuals holding this very umbrella. I find it cute and disheartening all at the same time. Carrying around blue sky is not the same as basking in the sun's glory, so I am not really sure how this helps any...
