I have never watched Pros v Joes prior tonight. But prior to tonight, I had no real reason. Gideon Akande was a fellow crusader, 2006 graduate and friend is competing in tonight's episode. :)
We are about half way through the show and Gideon is the same as always. Smart-mouthed and full of confidence, but that is what makes him so much fun. I really hope that Pacman Jones does not attempt to rip his head off. That guy is nuts!The shows keep previewing a brawl that will go down during the final event. I can believe it. Both of the Crusaders are trying to get under Pacman's skin and are doing a good job. After just one round Gideon's talk was messing with Pacman's ego. The final scrimmage is going to be great.
In case you somehow can't figure it out yourself, the concept of the show is that some average guys aka "joes" go up against three professional athletes "pros". I will admit that didn't realize that each episode focuses around only three participants and one sport. I had always thought it was more of a survivor style type show. This is way better.
Oh man, the other crusader just got in Pacman's face. Can't imagine this is a good thing...
